As a highly regarded professional with over 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Steve demonstrates exceptional acumen in guest rooms and catering sales, hotel and venue operations, restaurant leadership, purchasing strategies, accounting, and human resources, all to contribute to his clients’ success.

Steve enthusiastically embraces complex projects, which have earned him the respect of his clients and peers alike. His ongoing commitment to operational excellence and sustainable results ensures Steve’s impact on the evolution of the hospitality industry. Steve spent over 23 years with Gaylord Hotels during which time he successfully led teams in conference services, catering, operational departments, and all in-house contracted vendors in Nashville, Dallas/Ft. Worth and National Harbor, MD. He opened two of these properties from the earliest stages of pre-construction and pre-opening.

In his last role, he served as the Regional Vice President of Operations for Sodexo Live! Major focus on convention centers and entertainment venues currently operating in Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Flagstaff, San Diego, Los Angeles, Sacramento, and San Francisco. Steve resides in Las Vegas, Nevada, with his wife and fur-babies.
